Your first payment secures your seat and first month's subscription payment; recurring billing begins when onboarding starts.

Roadmap

Phase 1 (6 to 8 weeks)

We start by giving you a complete white-label site with your own branding, so it truly feels like your home online. You will have recurring billing with seat caps so you can control class sizes, along with automated rosters and reminders to make sure you and your students are always in sync. Meeting links will be built right into the system, making it easy for families to join classes without searching through emails.

Phase 2 (3 to 6 months)

Once the foundation is in place, we will roll out tools to help you grow and manage your program more easily. This includes waitlists to keep classes full, coupon codes to run promotions, and a parent portal where families can check attendance and class details. We will also introduce advanced reporting so you can see how your classes and revenue are performing at a glance.

Phase 3 (6 to 12 months)

The final phase in our initial roadmap is a custom-built digital classroom that is integrated directly with your booking and roster system. This will create a seamless experience where educators and students can connect, engage, and learn without needing a separate platform. It is designed to be interactive and tailored for online learning, giving your classes a professional, polished feel.

Marketing and ads services

Starting in Phase 2, you will have the option to add on marketing and advertising services. These include funnels, email campaigns, social media content, and paid ads to help you fill more seats and grow your program faster. You can choose to add these whenever you are ready, keeping full control over your growth strategy.

FAQ

Is this a marketplace?

Nope! With Independent Educator Pro, you get your own site, running under your own brand. Parents book directly with you, not through some giant marketplace. That means no competing listings crowding your page, no random algorithm deciding who sees your classes, and no rules that don’t fit your program. This is your home base, built for your business.

Who owns the student list?

You do 100%. Every parent and student who enrolls through your site is your customer, and you keep all their information (securely stored, of course). We don’t rent it, resell it, or hold it hostage. It’s your business, your community, and your relationships to nurture.

Do you take a cut of class revenue?

No way. We’re not here to skim off the top. You pay a flat subscription for the platform, and that’s it. When parents pay you, the funds go straight to your Stripe account. The only thing you’ll see deducted are standard Stripe processing fees. No mystery percentages or surprise charges.

What’s included in platform-only pricing?

Everything you need to run your weekly classes smoothly, without the fluff you don’t need:

What’s included in Connect by IEPro?

Connect is your command center for communication and growth. Pro Founders get a CRM dashboard, SMS and email reminders, and simple funnels. Growth Founders also unlock communities, memberships, and advanced reporting.

Can I upgrade my Founders seat later?

Yes. Founders can upgrade to Pro or Growth at any time before or after onboarding begins. Your subscription will move to the higher tier, and you’ll keep lifetime Founders pricing for that tier.

Can I downgrade my Founders seat before onboarding begins?

Yes. If you switch to a lower tier before onboarding starts, the difference will be applied as credit to your account once billing begins. Refunds are not issued, but your credit will reduce your first renewal cycle.

Can I downgrade my Founders seat AFTER onboarding begins?

No. Once onboarding begins, your Founders seat is locked in. You can always cancel your subscription, but you cannot move to a lower Founders tier after onboarding.

Do you offer marketing/ads?

Yes! While the platform itself is all about running your classes, we know filling those seats matters too. That’s why we offer optional marketing services: funnels, email campaigns, social content, even Meta ads. You can start with the platform alone, and if/when you’re ready for more students, we’ll have proven tools and strategies ready to go.

When does billing begin for Founders?

When you join the Founders Circle, your first payment secures your seat right away. That means we block off one of the limited 25 spots just for you. Recurring monthly billing starts when we begin onboarding and building your site, and your Founders Circle payment covers your first month of subscription.
